On February 4, 2021, Greenhill & Co., Inc. (“Greenhill” or the “Firm”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
