On September 29, 2017, the Third Amended and Restated Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 20, 2016, among American Express Receivables Financing Corporation III LLC, American Express Receivables Financing Corporation IV LLC, American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. and The Bank of New York Mellon, relating to the American Express Credit Account Master Trust, was amended by the First Amendment to Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of September 29, 2017 (the “Amendment to PSA”). The effective date of the Amendment to PSA is on October 1, 2017. The Amendment to PSA is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
