American Campus Communities, Inc. (the “Company”) has filed a preliminary proxy statement (the “Preliminary Proxy Statement”) and form of associated WHITE proxy card with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) in connection with the solicitation of proxies for the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”).
