Explanation of Responses:

1. Deutsche Telekom AG ("DT") exercised its right to acquire 6,728,701 shares of Common Stock from Delaware Project 6 L.L.C. ("Project 6") for cash pursuant to the replacement fixed price call option dated April 13, 2022 (the "Replacement SB-Newco Call Option" and the exercised options thereunder the "Exercised Fixed Options").

2. In accordance with the terms of the Replacement SB-Newco Call Option, the per share exercise price of the Exercised Fixed Options was $99.505.

3. The sales reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on November 29, 2023.

4. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $179.30 to $180.29 per share. Each Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership in the securities reported on this Form 4 except to the extent of its pecuniary interest, if any, therein, and this report shall not be deemed to be an admission that such Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
