Item 5.03 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 29, 2010, the Board of Directors of Voyager Oil & Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end to a traditional calendar year from that of a last Sunday of quarter end period. The change in reporting period will be reflected in the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the Company’s third fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2010. The Company’s fiscal year end will now be December 31, and the quarters will end on March 31, June 30 and September 30.
