Net loss per common share – Basic and diluted net loss per common share has been calculated based upon the weighted average number of common shares outstanding. Concentration of credit risk – The Company has no off-balance-sheet concentrations of credit risk such as foreign exchange contracts, options contracts or other foreign hedging arrangements.
