ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
On October 8, 2004, Blue Ridge Paper Products Inc. (the “Company”) entered into Amendment Nos. 3 and 4 to its existing Credit Agreement, by and among the Company, as Borrower, and the other parties thereto. Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibits 10.1 and 10.2 are the amendments.
