Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 26, 2020, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported an incorrect number of shares beneficially owned in Column 5 of Table I. This amendment to the original filing made on June 26, 2020 is being made to correct the amount of shares reported in Column 5 of Table I from 4,081 shares to 8,081 shares.
