Grant of Non-Qualified Incentive Stock Option under the Aemetis, Inc. 2019 Stock Plan to purchase 100,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock ("Option Shares") at an exercise price of $0.86 per share, and subject to the terms of the Stock Option Agreement between the Reporting Person and the Company.
