On December 30, 2013, Wilshire Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a cash dividend of $0.03 per common share, payable on January 15, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 6, 2014. The quarterly cash dividend was approved by the Board of Directors on December 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
