Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 19, 2010, Unis-Tonghe Technology ("Unis-Tonghe"), MMRGlobal, Inc.'s (the "Company") joint venture partner for Personal Health Record products and technologies in China, advised the Company that Unissoft Group and Unis-Tonghe have been awarded a project to develop the medical information system for Henan Province. As part of the awarded project, Unis-Tonghe will supply the province with a complete solution for its health management system, including Picture Archiving and Communication Systems ("PACS"), Personal Health Records, and related hardware. Henan Province has a total population of approximately 100 million people.
