On August 16, 2004, Kite Realty Group Trust (the “Company”) completed its initial public offering. In connection with the offering, the Company adopted certain organizational documents and entered into certain material agreements, forms of which were previously filed as exhibits to the Company’s Registration Statement on Form S-11, and subsequent amendments thereto.
