On February 18, 2014, Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) distributed a letter to its stockholders concerning the previously announced proposed merger of the Company with Kite Realty Group Trust. A copy of the stockholder letter distributed by the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
