Base Salary Increase for Chief Accounting Officer
On July 28, 2020, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of RealPage, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase in the annual base salary for Brian Shelton, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, from $300,000 to $350,000, effective August 1, 2020. The base salary increase recognizes certain increased responsibilities for Mr. Shelton, including during the Company’s transition to a new Chief Financial Officer.
