Departure of Director
On April 17, 2012, Mr. Roger R. Schwartz resigned from his position as a director of Trim Holding Group (the “Company”), which resignation was effective on that date. Mr. Schwartz’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and him on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
