Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 28, 2006, the Company announced that its Board of Directors, at its July 25, 2006 meeting, approved the Company’s second quarter dividend in the amount of 12 cents per share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2006 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2006.
