On or about December 17, 2020, Heron Lake BioEnergy, LLC (the “Company”) sent a letter to its members announcing its estimate of the income tax liability of members for its tax year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of this letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
