To change the number of issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation (the “Common Shares”) by consolidating the issued and outstanding Common Shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation Common Share for each twelve (12) pre-consolidation Common Shares (the “Share Consolidation”).
