On June 21, 2005, Xerium Technologies, Inc. issued a press release reporting financial results for the first quarter of 2005, ended March 31, 2005, and announcing that Xerium Technologies, Inc. would conduct a conference call on June 22, 2005 to discuss its financial results for such period. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
