(b) On April 15, 2010 and April 16, 2010, respectively, Michael Phillips and Nico Hansen submitted their resignations from the Board of Directors of Xerium Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), each effective as of the date thereof. The Company values and appreciates their long and thoughtful service as directors.
