Item 8.01. Other Events
On November 16, 2004, Gramercy Capital Corp. originated a $40.5 million first mortgage loan secured by residential condominiums, commercial buildings and other collateral in Brooklyn, New York. This loan has an initial maturity of twenty four months and bears interest at a rate of LIBOR plus 350 basis points.
