On January 9, 2009, Gramercy Capital Corp. (the “Company”) announced that John B. Roche will step down from his post as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other interests, effective on the earlier of the date the Company files its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008 or April 15, 2009, but in no event earlier than February 28, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
