On March 7, 2023, W&T Offshore, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting on financial and operational results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2022.  A copy of the press release, dated March 7, 2023, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
