ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On November 7, 2007, McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fiscal third quarter ended September 29, 2007. The press release is furnished (not filed) as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On November 7, 2007, the Company entered into a commitment letter with Bank of America Securities to increase available borrowing under its senior credit facility up to $150.0 million. The larger senior credit facility is subject to execution of definitive documentation and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
