On April 22, 2010, BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. announced that its operating partnership subsidiary, BioMed Realty, L.P., priced the private placement of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% Senior Notes due 2020. The press release announcing the pricing of this private placement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
