Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 28, 2008, Index Oil and Gas Inc. filed Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State. The restatement of the articles of incorporation does not amend the articles of incorporation but merely restates them into a single document incorporating prior amendments. A copy of the Restated Articles of Incorporation is attached as Exhibit 3.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
