Effective June 30, 2009, the Company completed a one-for-fifty (1-for-50) reverse stock split. In addition, the Company amended its Articles of Incorporation by increasing its authorized capital stock to 200 million shares of common stock and 50 million shares of preferred stock.
Information regarding the reverse stock split and the increase in authorized capital stock was disclosed previously in the Company’s Proxy Statement dated April 16, 2009. After the reverse stock split, the Company will have approximately 1,146,747 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
The Registrant’s new trading symbol on the OTC Bulletin Board is RTBC.
