Item 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On August 8, 2013, Tower Group International, Ltd. (“the Company”) announced guidance with respect to its second quarter 2013 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference as if fully set forth herein.
