MPC Corporation (“MPC”) anticipates that it will hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders of MPC Corporation (the "Annual Meeting") on June 29, 2007. MPC anticipates that it will mail a proxy statement, including MPC's Annual Report to Shareholders, to shareholders on or about May 23, 2007.
