On March 5, 2014, USA Mobility, Inc. (the "Company") announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share of the Company's common stock. The dividend will be paid on March 28, 2014 to stockholders of record on March 18, 2014.
