ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On August 1, 2012, we issued a press release announcing that our shares are now trading under the same trading symbol ECOS but on the OTCQB (http://www.otcmarkets.com) an inter-dealer quotation system for publicly traded companies that are current in their SEC required filings.
