The company withheld shares from the Reporting Person to cover taxes as follows: 3,576 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 7,973 shares granted on November 14, 2013; 589 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 1,313 shares granted on March 7, 2014; 3,539 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 7,890 shares granted on November 21, 2014; 2,321 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 5,176 shares granted on April 13, 2015; and 16,149 shares withheld relating to the vesting of 36,009 shares granted on December 8, 2015.
