This Form 6-K consists of:
“NWT Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: NWT; OTCBB: NWURF) (the ”Company”) has granted an aggregate of 4,300,000 stock options to its directors and officers and certain of its consultants. Each such stock option entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.15 per share and expires 5 years from the date of grant.”
