On January 25, 2010, Symmetry Medical, Inc. issued a press release entitled “Symmetry Medical Signs Exclusive Supply and Services Agreement with OrthoPediatrics Corp.,” in which it announced that it has entered into a multi-year exclusive supply and services agreement with OrthoPediatrics, Corporation.
