Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 9, 2009, Neutral Tandem, Inc. (the “Company”) increased the base salary of David Lopez, the Company’s SVP, Sales, to $191,704 per year. The base salary increase was effective as of July 1, 2009.
