On March 17, 2009, the Board of Directors of PSB Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.05 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of April 2, 2009 and will be paid on April 16, 2009.
Putnam Bancorp, MHC, majority stockholder of the Company and owner of 3,729,846 shares of the 6,530,509 total shares outstanding, is expected to receive its share of the dividend until such time as the Office of Thrift Supervision grants a waiver of such payments.
