On January 25, 2016, The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“NASDAQ”) announced that it will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting of the common stock of KaloBios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to its discretionary authority under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5101. On January 26, 2016, Nasdaq filed the Form 25. The delisting will become effective ten days after the Form 25 was filed.
The Company’s common stock currently trades on over-the-counter markets under trading symbol KBIOQ.
