Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 19, 2007, Naugatuck Valley Financial Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing unaudited financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2007 and announcing the declaration of a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, of $.05 per share to stockholders of record on August 6, 2007 with a payment date on or around September 1, 2007. For more information, reference is made to the Company’s press release dated July 19, 2007, a copy of which is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
