Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective April 16, 2008, the Board of Directors of Lifesciences Opportunities Incorporated (the “Company”) elected to change the Company’s fiscal year end from January 31st to December 31st. The report covering the transition period will be filed on a Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2008.
