KU6 ANNOUNCES ADJOURNMENT OF SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
On May 26, 2011, Ku6 Media Co., Ltd. (“Ku6”) announced that at the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on May 26, 2011, shareholders adjourned the meeting until a later date to be determined by the board of directors of Ku6.
No other proposal was voted on by the shareholders at the meeting.
