Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 23, 2007, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Eastern time, Polypore International, Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer, Robert B. Toth, and Chief Financial Officer, Lynn Amos, will speak at the JP Morgan Annual High Yield Bond Conference. The conference is being held at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida. Mr. Toth will present a company overview, and Mr. Amos will discuss historical financial performance. A copy of the presentation will be available at www.polypore.net on January 23, 2007.
