Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 16, 2010, Shengtai Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the Second quarter ended December 31, 2009. A copy of the related press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
