1. On February 13, 2022, 16,278 restricted common shares (awarded to the Reporting Person on February 13, 2020) of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (the "Company") vested, and 8,568 shares of the Company's common stock were withheld to satisfy tax withholding obligations. The closing price on February 11, 2022 (as February 13, 2022 fell on a weekend) of the Company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange was $11.47 per share.
