(the "Company") withheld 20,296 shares of the Company's common stock to satisfy tax withholding obligations underlying four awards of restricted stock previously granted to the Reporting Person. The closing price on February 15, 2024 of the Company's common stock on the New York Stock Exchange was $11.02 per share.
