(“the Company”) was incorporated under the name “Boomers Cultural Development Inc.” under the laws of the State of Nevada on February 5, 2004. The Company is domiciled in the Unites States of America and trades on the OTC market under the symbol QEGY. |

Use of Estimates The preparation of financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities and disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the date of the financial statements and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. Actual results could differ from those estimates. Risks and uncertainties The Company's operations are subject to significant risks and uncertainties, including financial, operational, technological and other risks associated with operating an emerging business, including the potential risk of business failure.
