SECTION 5 - CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On November 19, 2007, and effective on that date, we amended Article 1 (Shareholder’s Meeting) Section .01 (Annual Meetings) of our Bylaws to state as follows:
The annual meeting of the stockholders of the Corporation, for the purpose of election of directors and for such other business as may lawfully come before it, shall be held on such date and at such time as may be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. It is anticipated that the meeting will be held each year within 90 days of the Corporation’s filing of its annual report to the shareholders on Form 10K or Form 10KSB, as applicable.
