On November 5, 2009, ZAGG Inc issued a press release announcing that it had been approved for listing on The NASDAQ Global Market and would commence trading under the symbol “ZAGG” on November 10, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
