Appointment of Principal Officers
(d) On January 10, 2006 the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Neenah Paper, Inc. (the “Company”) elected John F. McGovern to serve as a Class III director of the Company to replace Mr. James G. Grosklaus who resigned from the Board on November 3, 2005. In conjunction with Mr. McGovern’s appointment to the Board, he has also been named to serve on the Company’s Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. The press release announcing the election of Mr. McGovern is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
