On February 10, 2014, Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (“LVPR”) issued a press release to announce that Lands’ End has signed a lease in an office building located at 1407 Broadway Street, New York, New York, owned by The Lightstone Group in partnership with LVPR . A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
