On July 15, 2009, Copano Energy, L.L.C. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution for the second quarter of 2009 of $0.575 per common unit, or $2.30 per common unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on August 13, 2009, to all common unitholders of record at the close of business on August 3, 2009.
